Budget-Friendly Body Scrub Recipes

Salt Body Scrub

You only need to prepare one cup of rock salt and ½ cup baby oil or vegetable oil. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and consistently stir. Cover and leave the bowl for one whole day. When you’re ready to take a bath, stir the mixture again, and then apply and massage to the body. Rinse after.

Citrus Body Scrub

Prepare one cup of rock salt, ½ cup of raw sugar, ½ cup of coconut oil, 10 drops of sweet orange oil essence, 10 drops of grapefruit oil essence, and 5 drops of lemon oil essence.

  • In a small jar, mix the rock salt and sugar. Just fill half of the jar.
  • Place the coconut oil in a separate container, and put it on low heat until it becomes liquid.
  • Remove the coconut oil from heat, and then mix it with all the essential oils.
  • Pour the mixture of coconut oil and essential oils to the mixture of rock salt and brown sugar.
  • Apply and massage the scrub on to the body. Rinse after.

Sweet Olive Oil Body Scrub

Prepare 3 tablespoons of virgin olive oil (extra), 2 tablespoons of honey, and ½ cup sugar. Combine and stir all the ingredients together. Apply to the skin and massage. Rinse after.

Brown Sugar Body Scrub

Another easy body scrub recipe. Create a mixture of ½ cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and ¼ tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well. Apply to the skin and massage. Rinse thoroughly.
